An Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for District Technology Systems form must be on file before a student can receive their computer login information. The AUP form must signed by the student and a parent/guardian.

Backpacks, food and drinks are not allowed in the Media Center.  Students will be asked to store their backpacks at the front of the room.  Food & drinks can be left at the front of the room or put in the trash.

The Media Center requires students to follow the computer / network use guidelines that are set out within the MPHS Acceptable Use Policy.  Library computers are equipped with monitoring software and students engaging in unacceptable use will be asked to leave the Media Center.

Partners

The High School Media Center partners with the Chippewa River District Library (CRDL) to provide even more resources to our high school students.  Student may requests books from libraries within the CRDL network and have the materials delivered to the High School Media Center. Students and staff are also able to return CRDL materials to the High School Media Center and have them circulated back to their home library.

The Media Center and MPHS English Department  provide a list of recommended  reading that is particularly helpful for college bound students.  The Media Center coordinator may also assist students with individual recommendations and research assistance.
