MTSS-Multi-Tiered Systems of Support
Is your student struggling with academics or behavior at school? Our MTSS team is here to help! We provide multiple levels of support to ensure every student has the resources they need to succeed.
After-School Tutoring: Offered every Tuesday and Thursday in the media center.
Native American Advocate Office: Tutoring support available during the school day or after school (Monday through Friday).
Media Center (3:00-4:00 PM): A quiet space for students to work on homework or projects.
PBIS Matrix: Teaching school-wide expectations to promote positive behavior.
Derrick Dollar Program: Students can earn Derrick Dollars from staff for following the PBIS Matrix. Daily incentives are awarded to winners.
Student of the Month: Recognized by teachers for outstanding effort and achievement.
Rotary Citizen of the Month: Nominated by administrators and teachers.
You're Awesome Award: Recognizing students nominated by their peers or staff for going above and beyond.
Oil Spill Program: Social-emotional learning lessons.
Restorative Conversations: Conducted with the help of behavior interventionists to resolve conflicts and promote understanding.
School Counselor Appointments: Available for academic or social-emotional check-ins.
Free Breakfast and Lunch: Ensuring all students have access to nutritious meals.
Tier 2 & 3 Supports: Specialized and Intensive Assistance

504 Support
A 504 Plan provides accommodations (such as audiobooks, note-taking aids, or extended test time) to ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to the general education curriculum.

IEP Support
An IEP (Individualized Education Plan) is a written document for students with disabilities (ages 3 to 26) that outlines their specific educational needs, learning goals, and the services provided by the district to help them succeed.
