If your child has a
special medical condition please makes sure that the school is aware of the
condition on the first day of school.
Also, please complete and return your child’s emergency card as soon as
possible. Be sure to list someone in
addition to parents as contacts in case we are not able to reach you in an
emergency situation. In addition, if your child needs to take medication at
school PARENTS must bring the
medication to school in the original container and complete a medical release form.
It is a violation of school policy for
students to transport drugs/medication to school themselves.
