Congratulations to our Falcons and all students who were a recipient of Mount Pleasant’s Peacemaking Award at tonight’s ceremony. We are so proud of them!
We had close to twenty CMU Athletes today come and volunteer their time during lunch and recess. They joined students in the cafeteria for lunch and then spent time in their classrooms during inside recess.

A message regarding winter weather...

Blu invited Ruff to Fancher today to visit some 3rd grade classrooms! Ruff was so excited to see old friends and meet new ones!

As a reminder students do go outside unless it is below zero for recess and morning arrival. Students should dress appropriately for winter weather. If your student is in need of any winter gear, please connect with their classroom teacher or call our front office and we can assist with items.

Our Falcons had the opportunity to use their earned dojos to purchase a Martial Arts Lesson through our Fancher Store.

This morning we had our first staff meeting of the new year. We are starting the year off right, as our PE teacher, Mrs. Schlicht, lead our staff through Pound Unplugged. We were active, focused on breath work and had a few minutes of mindfulness/meditation. We walked away feeling energized and ready to serve our students. We also spent time reviewing our glows and grows from the Capturing Kid's Hearts staff data.
